Dr. Freund was very patient and spent the extra time to fully understand my concerns, explain the procedure in detail, and answer all of my questions. I felt like I had his full attention, and nothing was rushed.

I've been a loyal patient for so . . . . . many years because staff members are friendly and great at their jobs. The office has changed a little--Covid compliant but still lovely. They've taken all precautions to keep us safe. They also have a special dental program for seniors who no longer have dental insurance. At my last appointment it was time for the 3 year set of x-rays (16 in all) and my least favorite thing to do. Ruthie (recently hired)--gets an A+ for this set. If you want high quality, professional treatment with state of the art equipment and a family feel environment, this is the dental practice to consider.

Dr. Mike & his staff are the friendliest, warmest group of professionals I have had contact with. Dr. Mike always goes above & beyond to do his best & make you happy. He was recommended to me by a friend, & I recommend him to everyone I know. He goes out of his way, writing personal thank you's, calling to make sure you're ok & if you have any questions/concerns. He listens to you! Don't know too many people who do that now days, let alone a Doctor!

I love this office! I have been coming here for 4 years now and every time I come I feel like family! I have seen Dr Mike and Dr Chad and they're both Awesome! Dr Mike always has a funny story to tell me :). Everyone is so nice and friendly and you can tell that they all like to work there too because they are always chatting and laughing with all of the patients! If you need a dentist in the Glenview, Northshore area, this is the place to go!

Nolan & Freund's team is the most carrying and fun group of dental professionals I've ever experienced. Every step is well orchestrated with one thing in mind, the patient and the care of your dental needs. You may hear the dreaded drill, but remember 'What's your smile worth'. Best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Dr Chad's chairside manor is great. He explains things clearly and tries his best not to inflict pain ( LOL). On top of being very professional; the people on his staff are also warm and friendly. I reccomend Dr Chad and his team to anyone who is looking for a dentist they can trust.

We are so grateful to have Dr. Chad, Dr. Mike and the wonderful staff members at nolan and Freund as the care team for the kids dental health. They are professional, thorough, gentle, and incredibly kind to ALL of our family members. They take time with each of the kids and make them feel comfortable and safe and well cared for. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist ! The staff members have taken time to get to know each of our family members. We ALL enjoy our visits to Nolan and Freund... and we are still cavity free!!!!

Love this practice! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! I've had excellent experiences every time I go. Dr. Freund and Dr. Nolan are great! They have helped me with several dental issues as well as long term treatment planning. The staff is so supportive and accommodating with short term emergency issues. Can't recommend this practice enough!!

Dr. Chad takes care of our three children like they are his own when we visit the office. He always explains everything to them before he does anything, makes the experience fun, and ensures they leave with a smile. The rest of the staff is friendly and attentive - happy to answer any question or request. We are so glad to have found this practice and would recommend them to everyone!

We love this practice, they are like family. The personal attention is over the top. When I could not physically walk to their office they met me at the car with their own personal wheelchair to bring me to the office. What dentist office does this for their patients. A practice that truly cares for their patients.

What a great office with a wonderful, caring staff. In the last year, they have gotten me through some very difficult situations. Dr. Mike, Claudia, Liz, Marsha, Anna, Kelly, Ginger have been great in getting my mouth back in shape. Besides being caring and loving, the expertise and knowledge they have is outstanding. My mouth is finally getting back into shape after many years of poor dental practices. I am so glad I found them.
